The Employer Response Funding is available through Intrinsic Training Solutions to identify the QCF Programme and deliver the QCF programme needed to progress the business and upskill the workforce. As part of this Employer Reponse funding Intrinsic Training Solutions offers Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) about the different training available to you. Intrinsic Training Solutions will access funding to deliver the 100% funded QCF programmes and will deliver the additional short course training as you require. Both the training and advice offered by Intrinsic Training Solutions is flexible, responsive and offered at a time and place to suit you.
The 100% funding aims to encourage all businesses and individuals to realise the benefits of training. The idea is to enable adults to achieve a first full Level 2 QCF qualification and improve skills.
The 100% funding is important because without a skilled workforce more businesses will not be able to compete; more jobs will be lost and fewer people will be able to get the jobs they want.
Meeting the 100% Funding Criteria
If your business meets all the eligibility criteria, 100% of the costs of the training and QCF Programme may be paid in full. Once your organisation has met the required criteria the individuals completing the QCF qualification have criteria to meet.
An employee is eligible for full 100% funding if they :
- Are older than 19
- Have lived in the EU for at least 3 Years
- Have no previous qualification higher than level 2
- Have an employment contract
- Have a permanent NI number
