- Duration: Half-day programme
- Delivery style: Remote completion of workbook followed by one hour discussion session
- Assessment: 30 multiple choice examination
- Prerequisite: Level 2 Award in Food Safety
- Suggested progression: Level 3 Award in Food Safety

- Duration: Half-day programme
- Delivery style: three hour training session
- Assessment: 30 multiple choice examination
