The Train to Gain funding available for Level 2 NVQs 100% making the NVQs Free or fully funded for each eligible person aims to encourage all businesses and individuals to realise the benefits of training. The idea is to enable adults to achieve a first full Level 2 NVQ qualification and improve their skills.
Train to Gain funding is important because without a skilled workforce businesses will not be able to compete; jobs will be lost and fewer people will be able to get the jobs they want.
As we are an "approved centre" in our own right for awarding organisations certificating the NVQs and the short courses we offer we have to meet tight quality assurance requirements.
This is your quality assurance that you and the learners completing the training will receive quality service and "training second to none". We are audited by External Verifiers from the awarding organisations every 6 months. This audit is to ensure we are meeting the required quality standards.
